Who we are

This site, ebook.dkstudio.ai, is run by CVPK Digital Studio LLC, trading as Digital Kitchen, 3164 21st St #1098, Astoria, NY 11106, United States. We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us the "controller" under European data protection law. Contact: hello@dkstudio.ai.

The short version

You can read the site and download the free starter pack without giving us anything. When you buy, we keep your email address and order details so we can deliver the files, send a new link if you need one, handle refunds and keep our accounts. We never see your card details. We do not use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect and why

When you buy. Stripe's checkout sends us your email address, the checkout and payment references, the amount and the date. We also record how many times you downloaded and whether the order was refunded or disputed. We use this to deliver your purchase and support you, which is necessary to perform our contract with you, and to keep financial records, which the law requires.

Your payment. Link, a Stripe service, sells the order on our behalf and handles your card and billing details. Stripe and Link use that information as independent controllers under their own privacy policy. We only receive the details listed above.

Technical data. Our hosting providers process your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and block abuse. Our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated checkout attempts. We do this to keep the service secure, which is our legitimate interest.

When you email us. We use your message and email address to reply.

Who handles the information

These companies process the information for us under their own data protection terms. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers store information there. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. We rely on the safeguards our providers offer for these transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records: seven years, for tax and accounting. Rate-limit records: one hour. Emails: as long as we need to answer you and settle the matter.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies or use tracking technology. Stripe's checkout page is run by Stripe and uses its own cookies for payments and fraud prevention, described in Stripe's cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@dkstudio.ai from the address you used to buy and we will answer within 30 days. We keep order records that the law requires us to keep. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live.

Children

The kit is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

Download links are signed and expire after seven days. Order records sit in a private database that only our server can reach. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, for example by adding email delivery, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
