Who sells the kit

The Client Reply Kit is made and sold by CVPK Digital Studio LLC, a New York limited liability company trading as Digital Kitchen. Address: 3164 21st St #1098, Astoria, NY 11106, United States. Email: hello@dkstudio.ai. In these terms, "we" means CVPK Digital Studio LLC and "you" means the buyer.

What you get

One ZIP download with a 51-page designed PDF ebook, 22 editable client email templates, an offline reply library you open in your browser, 12 optional AI prompts and four worksheets. The price is $14.99 USD, paid once. There is no subscription. The Kindle edition on Amazon is a separate product sold under Amazon's terms.

Payment and tax

Checkout runs on Stripe. Your order is sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as merchant of record: Link takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and shows it before you pay. Link's terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our name.

Delivery

You can download the kit as soon as the payment goes through. The download link works for seven days, so save the files to your device. If the link expires or you lose the files, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will send a new one.

Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our Refund Policy.

What you can do with the kit

When you buy, we give you a personal license to use the kit in your own work. You can copy, edit and send the templates to your own clients as often as you like, and keep using them after the download link expires. One purchase covers one person.

You may not resell, share, publish or give away the kit or its templates as templates, on their own or inside another product, course or template pack, and you may not present the kit as your own work. We keep the copyright in the kit.

How the kit was made

We wrote the kit with the help of AI tools, and a person at Digital Kitchen reviewed and edited it. Maya, Alex, Northline Studio and the project details in the examples are made up. Fees and dates show how a message is built. They are not pricing advice or real results.

Not legal or financial advice

The templates are a starting point for your own messages. Check names, amounts, dates, your contract and the rules where you work before you send anything. We are not your lawyer or accountant, and we cannot promise how a client will respond.

If something is wrong with the files

If the files are missing, damaged or not what we described, tell us and we will replace them or refund you. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we provide the kit as is, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost clients or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws give you protections that a contract cannot remove, you keep those protections and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
