Refund Policy

Effective October 21, 2026.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the kit is not useful to you, email hello@dkstudio.ai within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout, and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount you paid, including any tax, to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund your download link stops working. Please delete the files you downloaded.

Missing or faulty files

If the download does not work, the files are damaged or the kit is not what we described, email us at any time. We will send working files or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds through Link

Your order is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service. You can also ask Link for a refund through Link support, for example if the files never arrived. Where Link's refund policy gives you more than ours, Link's policy applies.

Your legal right to cancel (EU and UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law may give you 14 days to cancel a purchase. Our guarantee covers the same 14 days from your purchase, and downloading the kit does not take that right away. To cancel, email us or send a message like this one:

"To CVPK Digital Studio LLC, 3164 21st St #1098, Astoria, NY 11106, United States, hello@dkstudio.ai: I cancel my contract for The Client Reply Kit, ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Email used at checkout: [email]. Date: [today's date]."
